Site set up is now complete, which included testing some potential asbestos.
Now safely identified, we are underway replacing the roof coverings at this 26 week project that covers three residential blocks.
Each individual flat has been registered with the NFRC under the ‘Competent Person Scheme’ which enables us to provide an insurance backed warranty at completion.
As well as the roof coverings we are upgrading the insulation and ventilation whilst also overhauling the chimney stacks, fascias and guttering.
We currently have a team of four full time staff on site who’s processes, progress and quality will be checked regularly by one of our site managers.
