Really encouraged to see the frequency of specifications being sent through back to normal levels again.
This is a flat roof we’ve successfully tendered for recently. We were on site yesterday having a pre start meeting to discuss all the usual site specific preliminaries.
Test cores taken have confirmed that there is considerable timber rott to the substrate so a temporary roof scaffold is being built to ensure no water ingress is possible during the works.
