We are underway on this beautifully ornate, red brick residential block near Gloucester Rod tube station.

Chronic water ingress has plagued the building for many years, mainly during periods of heavy rain.

The type of weather we are getting now means that the original design for water management is no longer fit for purpose.

It is our job to suggest subtle ways to improve these details whist maintaining the buildings original features.

Once complete and water tested, we are also instructed to carry out a light DOFF wash, brick re-facing, pointing and storm dry masonry protection.
