We are complete ahead of schedule over at this large residential block despite the poor weather we’ve had recently.
The original scope of works was to simply re-slate the elevations using a Spanish Cupa R12.
Surplus funds within the budget however, have wisely been spent on a lead capping to cover the wide external parapet walls, as well as remedial works to all the chimney stacks.
Final checks will be carried out by our site manager prior to the removal of the scaffolding, well in time for the busy Christmas period which is already upon us!
