Despite the main body (slating) of the work being paramount, the lead capping to the parapets is arguably just as so but would not usually form part of a standard specification.
They are often rendered for ease and cost but their rounded shape means they become heavily saturated.
A warranty is completely futile if part of the roof is left susceptible to ingress.
