Water ingress had been penetrating through the cappings all the way along this terrace on Queenstown Road.
There can mixed views on liquid coatings but it’s versatility makes it an ideal product to use in this scenario.
A liquid was produced by Tor Coatings to appear similar to the original copper coloured alluminium.
There has been an awful lot of prep involved in getting it to this stage but with a good forecast, we should be wrapped up and on to the next one by the end of the week! Well done lads!
