This job in London SW10, required us to combine the skills of three different types.
A flat roofer installed the liquid membrane to the terrace.
A lead worker then came to cut and weld lead into the door opening before the UPVC door was fitted.
A slater was then able to complete the job by fixing the natural slate to the mansard.
Our site manager’s role is to be the conduit between each stage.
Careful consideration to which materials were needed, ensuring the works were kept water tight throughout and constant updates for our client were essential in ensuring continuity.
