Lee worked for us on and off for around 15 years and like any roofer will know, he started to really feel it physically, having to have more and more days off with chronic hip pain.
Last Christmas, Lee had to retire from roofing and didn’t know what he was going to do, with a wife and three kids to support.
Over the Xmas break a main contractor we were working for had a site manager leave suddenly and despite Lee being unqualified at a management level, I persuaded them to give him an interview.
The rest was up to him….. Well done mate 👍🏻
