At GWS Roofing this is a question that we ask ourselves regularly.
Despite having all of our own checks in place, every 4 to 6 weeks we ask an independent health and safety advisor to check one of our jobs.
We don’t warn the men he is coming as we want cold hard facts about what we can improve on.
It’s not a witch hunt – It’s an opportunity to hold the mirror up to ourselves and ask the question.
This is a snap shot of the report we get sent, then it is up to us to review it and action anything that needs to be addressed.
