They say necessity is the mother of invention and at GWS our ‘site boxes’ have evolved with this sentiment.
Of course we realise that this is not the answer to all of the problems we encounter on site but over time it’s contents have been developed through regular communication with our site staff to the point that the boxes have become integral to how we work on a daily basis.
Stock levels are checked at the beginning, during and at the end of each job with this checklist and it has now become company policy to not start a job without one. It’s also a dry place to store our RAMS!
