Is a contractor’s ‘after care’ a factor in your selection process?
I’ve been called back to four sites this week – three commercial & one domestic. All of them were considered urgent and very little detail was given.
1. Paint work bubbling nearby a parapet gutter we had lined
2. New point of ingress next to a completed roof
3. A blocked outlet
4. A leaking gutter union
Only no.4 was even remotely anything to do with us….
Whether you are a main contractor or just one of our domestic clients like Andy, at GWS, our reputation is built on being reliable and we therefore accept that this involves having to take some rough with the smooth.
